realestate.co.nz advertising terms and conditions


These Terms and Conditions apply to all campaigns purchased by a Client and constitute the Agreement made between realestate.co.nz and the Client. These Terms and Conditions can be accessed at anytime from realestate.co.nz/media/termsandconditions
By placing a Booking with realestate.co.nz, the Client accepts these Terms and Conditions and that they are subject to change from time to time.
PAYMENT

  1. Payment for this booking is due 20th of the month following commencement of a campaign.
  2. Prices quoted are exclusive of GST and are agency commission bearing where applicable.
WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS
  1. The Client warrants and represents to realestate.co.nz that:
  2. they will not install or drop any cookies or ad tags or any other tracking mechanism within Ad Tags or Campaign Assets.
  3. all advertising placed on realestate.co.nz sites must follow the principles and advertising codes of ethics as outlined by the ASA here: http://www.asa.co.nz
  4. the Assets shall be free of any defects and/or Viruses, and shall not affect the operation of the Websites; and
  5. the Assets complies with the technical specifications as set out at http://www.realestate.co.nz/advertise
  6. all Assets comply with all Relevant Laws.
  7. The Client understands that once the Booking is confirmed there shall be no refunds or suspension of payments even if the Client wishes to discontinue display of the Assets prior to expiration of the Campaign; and
  8. the Terms of this agreement are valid for 10 working days and subject to availability; and
  9. campaigns should not be misleading, offensive or distracting and must maintain realestate.co.nz's professionalism; and
  10. realestate.co.nz can refuse any campaign at is sole discretion.

DELIVERY OF ADVERTISING ASSETS
The Assets must be received by realestate.co.nz at least five (5) Working Days prior to the Campaign start date.
