Barfoot & Thompson is much more than a business to Peter; it's
quite literally part of his family. He has held a number of
positions in the firm and became Managing Director in
2005. Peter is a passionate advocate for the real estate

Bryan's career path has been anything but ordinary, spanning a
diverse range of business sectors and roles within the stock and
station, real estate, franchising and technology industries. Bryan
has held a variety of leadership roles within Harcourts, recently
rejoining as New Zealand Managing Director.

Nicola Riordan
Nicola is a professional director with extensive experience across
technology, strategy, and customer domains, both in New Zealand and
internationally. She has worked with companies including OneRoof,
Xero, and Skype. A Chartered Member of both the NZ Institute of
Directors and AICD, she holds governance roles at Kordia, REINZ, the
University of Otago, LMG, and NZ Financial Services Group.
