A third bathroom off the pavilion deck services day guests & this is also where you will find a separate laundry.
The home is fully air-conditioned and screened. A double carport and generous additional paved areas provide plenty of parking, and a large garden shed takes care of extra storage. Underneath and accessed via a surprise external garden stairway is an additional plumbed room and deck perfect for conversion to an art/pottery studio or meditation area.
