145/7 Harman Road, Sorrento, WA 6020

This beautiful Studio apartment is infused with light and a wonderful ambience created in part from the gorgeous park views, which you can enjoy with your morning coffee from the balcony or from within the apartment.

The previous owner enjoyed the great diversity of birds and native bushland in Harman Park, some of them rare, like the red-tailed black cockatoo, which visits to feed off a favourite nut. I have seen 8 different varieties of orchids in September!

There is a reverse-cycle air conditioner for cooling in the summer months, but not often used by the previous owner, as the sea breeze and fan are a great natural cooling system.
