And while the house is ready to simply enjoy as it is, the generous land also leaves plenty of room to dream about what might come next. Extend over time, create something new in the future, or leave things exactly as they are and enjoy the simplicity of a proper beach house.

Boat ramps, jetties and some wonderful fishing spots are close by, and Launceston is approximately 35 minutes away - near enough to make weekends easy, yet far enough for everyday life to feel a long way behind.

This is a place for fishing rods by the door, sandy shoes on the deck, cousins squeezed in for the holidays and children who grow up remembering summers spent here.

A beach house doesn't need to be complicated.

It just needs to be in the right place.
