5/17 Robe Street, St Kilda, Vic 3182

Ah, the daily rhythm of relaxing walking, social connection and great food, typically French and definitely St Kilda from 17 Robe Street home to the Alliance Francaise, many years ago, but now an endearing boutique development that will never go out of style.

Showcasing a classic blend of old and new, apartment 5, is a fantastic 1 bedroom that enjoys a ground floor position with a brilliant courtyard that soaks up the Northern and evening sun. So wonderful inside that it feels brand new, it is open in design, is beautifully appointed and features secure basement parking, not a stacker, plus storage, just strolling distance to Acland Street, The Esplanade and beach below.
