Everyone says they want a shed. Then they buy in town with a single garage and spend the next four years apologising to a caravan.

7 Penima Road is the other decision.

The owners will tell you the best of it is the outlook across the neighbouring farm, and they are right. They will also tell you they bought it for what it could become rather than what it already was. That is still the offer. A finished house is somebody else's decisions.

Ridgley Primary is close. So is the general store, the service station and the sporting grounds, which is the difference between a town and a turn-off.

Sixteen minutes to Burnie. There are cities where that is the walk from the car park.
