1263 Havenhurst Dr, West Hollywood, CA 90046

Casa Julieta is a meticulously maintained, 10-unit property in the heart of West Hollywood. This exceptional Spanish Revival residence in prime West Hollywood represents a rare and coveted opportunity to acquire. The Old Hollywood charm of these beautiful, highly sought-after apartment residences can be seen throughout: a bubbling fountain at the entry and manicured, lush gardens surrounding the property. Most residences offer views of the original courtyard and its plentiful greenery (or other parts of the grounds). Units are spacious, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom residences with high ceilings, hardwood floors, many vintage details, and, in the case of 3 of the units, thoughtfully updated kitchens with modern amenities (including dishwasher and washer/dryer). Along with ample built-in storage, these features ensure that vacancy periods are short. The property is consistently 100% occupied. Some units offer private patios. Each unit has 1 assigned parking space in the on-site garage. Separately metered for gas and electricity. Potential for significant upside through MILLS ACT property tax reduction.
