128 Old Stinking Creek Rd, LaFollette, TN 37766

6.81 Acres! I am so excited to share this property in the heart of Off-roading Adventures right off Stinking Creek Rd. The school currently has 3 apartments in it with a bunk room, Laundry Room and Laundry Room 1/2 bath combo. There is space on the reverse side of these apartments for someone to build in more apartments. There is a beautiful main Home up the hill away from the school apartments. It has a generous porch in front and smaller porch with handicap accessible ramp in the back. There is a 20'x30' equipment shed behind the house. To the side of the house 3 RV sites are located. The entire property is fenced in 2 sections with 2 separate gated driveways. The Gym has a stage and bathroom already in it. The possibility of a live music stage coupled with a man cave type of lounge or a combo ATV lift/tools to rent by the hour, there's nothing you can imagine that cant be done here! The Cafeteria is located right next to the Gym which would make an amazing entertainment and restaurant venue with separate gated entrance & parking. The Cafeteria building also has a 63'10'x12' storage room with Garage door entrance. The rear of the property could be developed into more RV sites or rent to own homes with lot rental income. This property is located about 11 miles off interstate 75 in the Cumberland Mountians. Norris Lake is only minutes away with all that it has to offer with several marinas, fishing guides and entertainment. This property has endless potential.
