This gated community boasts site wide Wi-Fi, a community center, playground, tennis/pickleball courts, sand volleyball, archery range, stables for your horses, coin laundry, pristine showers and bathrooms, picnic area and more. This property has aspen and pine trees and is located near one of the service stations that have water, RV dumps, showers and laundry machines. Buyers must have realtor escort to access CORA as it is a gated community. You may only stay at CORA for a total of 6 months a year. The 6 months can be split however the owner wants.
