The kitchen and living areas are divided by the primary suite on one side, and the two guest beds with a bath on the other. In the unfinished downstairs, you'll find abundant storage space and plenty of potential to expand and personalize the home to suit your vision, with some of the work already underway. Outdoor adventure is just minutes away, with Beech Mountain's slopes roughly 20 minutes from the property, Guy Ford public access on the Watauga River only 5 minutes away, and the shores of Watauga Lake 15 minutes away. Please note that some boards on the side decks need to be replaced, so use those areas with caution.
