303 E Court Avenue, Winterset, IA 50273

One of Winterset's historic homes is back on the market after an extensive remodel. Conveniently located two blocks from Winterset's downtown square, this home is on a corner lot with a two-car attached garage. Inside, there is new flooring and drywall throughout the house, along with new electrical and plumbing. The home has a spacious eat-in kitchen with new counters and countertops. Off the kitchen is a newly tiled breezeway that leads to the garage. On the other side of the kitchen is the living room. The tall windows in the living room give the house a light and airy feel. Also located downstairs is a large primary suite and a laundry area. Walking upstairs, you will find a renovated bathroom as well as two bedrooms. At the top of the stairs, there is a little nook that would make for a cozy playroom/TV room. Air conditioning has been added to the upstairs. Back downstairs, off the kitchen, sliding glass doors give a great view of the backyard. Walking into the backyard, there is a deck perfect for those summer barbecues. The backyard is fully fenced with a privacy fence.
