5101 OLD NATIONAL Pike, FREDERICK, MD 21702

Very nicely spruced up classic brick cape. The owner has lived here for 54 years! Beautiful brick everywhere with oak hardwood floors on the main level and heart pine on the upper level. Updated electric in the entire house, septic system has been replaced. Everything freshly painted and the floors and stairs were just beautifully refinished Rooftop fenced patio of the primary bedroom with a large covered concrete patio off the living room entryway with an additional covered private patio off the kitchen in the rear. No City Taxes, no HOA, No water/sewer bill! Super convenient location with a huge private .7 acre level lot, a nice large shed and a big fenced kennel type area. This home has all the nice classic details of a late'40's home but has lots of modern systems and upgrades and is a very well loved home. The kitchen was enlarged and upgraded several years ago. The upper level full bath is a recent improvement.
