6697 N Johnson Canyon, Kanab, UT 84741

Some places give you a home. Johnson Canyon gives you a way of life. Wake to golden light spilling across the iconic Pink Cliffs, the same geologic formation that creates the unforgettable landscape of Bryce Canyon as they rise in the distance, step outside with your coffee to nothing but birdsong and wide-open country, and end the day around the fire as the canyon fades into a sky filled with stars. Set on 10 peaceful acres, this 4-bedroom, 3-bath home was made for those craving space, beauty and a life lived a little closer to the land. Bring the horses, plant the garden, create your own small farm w/private well & 15 acre-feet of irrigation water rights to work. Inside, two wood stoves bring warmth and character, while a sunroom turns the extraordinary Johnson Canyon scenery into part of everyday life. A bonus recreation room gives everyone room to spread out. Outside, covered porches, beautiful gardens and a firepit invite long evenings, muddy boots, laughter and memories under the cliffs. A large barn/garage/shop holds the horses, equipment, projects and adventure gear. Quiet, private and surrounded by the breathtaking formations that make Southern Utah legendary-this is the kind of place where you don't just live, you put down roots.
