HACIENDA de TENNIS: a rare find in Mason, Texas consisting of a classic Spanish style house of approximately 1826sf, 459 sf studio, championship European style clay tennis court (constructed under the supervision of a USPTA tennis professional), and 1.532 acres that is one of the most naturally beautiful homesites in the city. The "hacienda" is constructed of sturdy concrete block with stucco exterior finish that stays cooler in the summer. Enjoy privacy and a relaxed lifestyle on spacious grounds with towering live oak trees, sweeping lawn areas, and interesting terrain extending to the gazebo. The interior of the home is architecturally unique and reflects nuances of Spanish hacienda and vintage craftsman influence with high ceilings, a large open split-level living/dining room, natural stone woodburning fireplace, Saltillo tile flooring, and wood finishes. The enclosed courtyard and patio provide attractive areas for entertaining family and friends as well as sanctuaries to reflect and ponder. The 22' X 11' enclosed porch could serve as a third bedroom. Come live and play in attractive surroundings at what some call "the biggest little tennis town in Texas".
