930 Canyon View Drive, Laguna Beach, CA 92651

Location, Location, Location...Lower Temple Hills is the best of all worlds! Fabulous Ocean Catalina and Coastline views and still close in to the beach and town! This beautiful Laguna home is very charming, like a "Laguna Village cottage" except it has amazing views and it isn't old! Wood floors, vaulted wood ceiling, fireplace, huge ocean view deck for entertaining. Three bedrooms (The primary has a great ocean view) two remodeled bathrooms and a charming kitchen with breakfast bar. The backyard runs the length of the house and is perfect for a secluded, sunny retreat on those cold days, or for gardening and/or pets. Very private location, nestled into the hillside above the street. There is a two car garage, air conditioning all the bells and whistles a home should have and a lot more than your average cottage! Note: The third bedroom is currently configured as an open space for an office or flex space depending on your needs...
