985 Montego E, Venice, FL 34285

I'm not really sure what else I can say about an excellent condition 2015 home other that it is spacious with plenty of closets, both are very large sporting a WIC plus a full length closet, and lots of storage sitting in a highly desirable mobile home resort community in a prime location - close to beaches and downtown Venice. The manufactured homes seem to hold up better during inclement weather. If you are shopping for low monthly lot rent Sarasota Co. is not the county for you to reside in. The Gulf side of Florida is in high demand. Room sizes are: LR = 14-6 x 12-7; Kit/Dining area = 17 x 13; Mst BR = 14-2 x 12-6; Guest BR = 12-2 x 9-4. Owner anxious for a quick sale.
