Rhododendron becomes present and blends with the trees, creating a magical feel. This lot offers the potential for a great building opportunity. Whether you are looking to build that permanent or vacation home, the potential is there. There is a drilled well on-site. The condition of the well is unknown and would have to be inspected if you intend to use it. The property is approximately half a mile from the Sullivan County border on Route 52. This allows easy access to all attractions that both counties have to offer. The property does contain some wetlands.
